"I’ve never worked with a personal trainer, before working with Brittany, so wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Brittany listened to my goals and specific movement limitations, developed an exercise program specific to my goals and issues, and then spent time working with me through each exercise to ensure the exercise was being performed correctly. A couple of movement limitations I have are in my lower back and knees. Brittany worked with me closely to ensure proper spinal and knee alignment in my exercises. I can honestly say my back and knees haven’t felt this good in 10 years. She even went the extra mile by sending me videos of me performing exercises so I had a reference should I forget some of the training details. For anyone looking to work with a personal trainer, I would highly recommend working with Brittany."

"On a whim, I signed up with Brittany to kick off my fitness journey a year ago. This time last year I was severely depressed, ordering in meals rather than cooking for myself, had plantar fasciitis, and couldn’t walk up and down the stairs in my own home without losing my breath. I can not express in words how much Brittany has helped me in my journey of health. She has taken me grocery shopping, inspired a love of cooking in me, improved my confidence, and also has helped me improve my endurance and strength greatly. What I have enjoyed best about our sessions is that they did not always need to be in the gym. Sometimes we would walk, run, swim, or ride bikes outside. It has definitely been a fun adventure so far and I look forward to continuing on with my fitness goals for the rest of my life!"
